My Nanny, Dorothy Atkinson really was one of a kind... always smiling, beautiful, the rock of the family and most of all, a true lady. She was taken from us on 2nd March 2013 after a long, courageous and stubborn fight with Pulmonary hypertension. Even though her mobility was poor and she was on oxygen 24 hours a day, nanny never stopped smiling and never lost that cheeky sparkle in her eye.
